So I'm pretty sure I had a piston lockup last time I was at the airhouse, and It's still locked up. Whenever I pulled the trigger, the gun would make a whiring noise like the gun was working normaly for a quarter of a second before stopping, then when the trigger was released it would make the same noise. I put a 10.8 volt in it to try to clear the lockup, and after a few presses, the fuse blew, so I won't be able to test it until I get a replacement.
But let's say that I take apart the gun and get to the gearbox, what would I have to do to clear the lockup?

Most lockups can be immediately cleared by simply resetting the gearbox to starting position. However, this is bound to happen again unless you reshim, lube, and tune the gearbox. Most lockups can be attributed to a faulty shim job from the factory.
