Frustrated... today felt more like a relay race then airsoft (no fault of the game organizers, just we dominated haha). Running flags early in the day with little to no opposition outside and then getting "Aced" by seemingly immortal players later on.
Lots of trouble with hit calling. Obvious instances where I get the drop on someone, put two nice taps into them and they turn around, blast me full auto and claim i never hit them. That'll teach me to be nice about getting the drop on someone. Also instances where make a few clean shots to the chest of a guy, he looks down at his chest, looks up and racks his gun for another shot (which misses) and I have to shoot him again. If the person gets mad or frustrated I don't talk back, I either stick with me not getting hit and play through or I take the "hit". I leave calling a ref up to the other person.
That will teach me to shoot for center of mass. I try to be nice and shoot for the gear when I have the luxury... but if I have trouble again It's head/neck shots or go home next time. I'm going to drill you in the forehead.
This occurred with only a certain few of the orange team not all of them.
Also, Crockett got a nice kill trade hatchet swing on me haha. Slap me in the face next time crockett If I think I tagged you first. Your balls are easily bigger than mine lol.
On the other hand I had a blast playing with some old friends and some new ones! Taz was great to have on my side and doing anything with him felt similar to having one of my own squad members. Good fun man, I hope to see you on my side more often.
Disappointed with the level of honor, but fielding my new pistol and getting some CQB action in after few weeks of not going still had me smiling afterwards.

Well I was pretty sore from saturdays games but I had a blast. With Spaz, Taz and Carvin doing there pregame hilarious antics leaves me with permagrin. ;D Me and Bad Brad got to run together most of the day. Everything just "clicked" when we were out there. We held the orange team in there respawn for quite a while. I don't know who it was that snuk up on me and knife killed me but that was badass!! Great move on your part. We used Munsters game plans from yesterday and they worked like a charm on the flag games. I think the teams might have been a little lopsided or the yellow just worked together and had really good communication. I know it is hard to choose teams that will be evenly matched cause you gotta go with the camo that people wore that day. Crockett that was pretty cool when that battle hatchet came whizzing by my face in the middle zone. Then you immediately backed it up with a throwing knife, wasn't expecting that! I know you were waiting for me outside to send that one lone bb into me, but I was having fun with shootouts inside. One of these days I will feel it and know exactly who it came from hehe.
till next time

There were a lot of newer players out there and also alot of guys who don't play a whole lot. We can take some of the blame for the dishonor because reffing should take care of most of it. Lets look to improve on that, everyone involved (you know who you are).
I had to jet early, had a date with Mrs. Munster. Took her out to eat at a new, awesome restaurant call Los Amigos. But my appetizer was being flag guardian for two CTF games. Now that the outside is opened up, I can see the inadequacies of my little TM kitty kat. It works great indoors, but with the long, open distances outside, I don't have the range I would like. This tells me two things..
1. Its time to build a lot more cover outside, especially near the kitchen door. 2. Start looking into a field gun and keep the TM for the winter, indoor games. 3. Unrelated.. Its fun to watch Camden run in a ghillie suit.

I love every game at the airhouse. That said, here's my review of this rec game:
The Good: - The multi-flag game - Rolling with Taz and Spaz - Dueling it out with well hidden flag guardians - Hearing about the M203 kill to end the day - That guy in ACU on our team
The Bad: - Hit calling - 40 minute speedsoft - Trench warfare - Only 2.5 game types for the day
All of the bad is very fixable. As Munster said, reffing and more experience can help the hit calling. As for the camping, that was just a matter of no objectives. It's always best (especially when the arena has so many pinch points) to add incentives to be aggressive. Personally, I chose to suicide run and die rather than sit there waiting for an enemy to move.

Hey I was that guy in ACU. I sure had fun rolling with you guys. I like your aggressive style. Some days I roll like that some days I sit back a snipe a bit. Look forward to roll with you again!!!

Haha, Spaz it was quiet epic trying to work my way around to TRY to get a knife kill. I say try because I was pretty sure you got me but alas my pride got me, lol. The time in between the bb's hitting me and the axe was roughly .5 seconds... So I just need to get faster or I should of thrown my axe, which I feel stupid that I didn't, haha.
Toe-Knee someday you will come outside and I will be there. I will also get you with my axe, haha.
Carvin, man we had some epic battles outside. You made me feel good that I stayed hidden for so long. I bet no one was expecting me to throw on my ghillie.
Munster I like number 3. Haha I got to tell you that it's a blast wearing that thing!

I have to say I enjoyed playing most of the day. The only games I didn't get to participate in were the capture the flash games. I honestly had NO ONE say anything to me about hit calling so therefore I really can't do much about. I do apologize about the "slow soft" game but that was remedied by closing the outdoors. Thank you Toeknee for letting me use the beast. Honestly if you are frustrated about something (or anything) feel free to say something. You know how we do it!

All i can say is that i am in tears.....lol sundays game had its pros and cons. Everyone covered most of what i would just be repeating. But i agree with it all.
PROS: i had an outstanding honor in rolling with Carvin and Spaz; seriously. Communication was off the chain and we clicked more than a tv remote in a 400 pound mans hand! Could use it a little better all around on 6, but other than that it felt awesome. felt like i was rollin out with some of the guys i deployed with in most situations. And yes.....even the airsoft talk that makes you feel like boy george in a combat vest! good thing i have that pouch in my sock...... lmfao!
ghillie suit was awesome! first i thought it was oscar the grouch on crack and then realized in was a ghillie suit and one round diminishing my chest! good goin man!
i could go all day on pros and cons i guess. but thats AAR. BOTTOM LINE: I am never disappointed with the airhouse. I couldnt spend any better time with my weekends! cant wait ta come back! Thanks for a nother good time kzoo and thank you tino for the insert jokes that i sometimes seem to be the only one to hear! TAZ OUT!
