I just started shooting my gun today put about 500 bb's thru it on single fire and burst (mp5). Wile i was shooting it the motor started getting warm in my hand. Should i be worried?

All motors will get warm with use. This could be that the motor is being worked slightly more than it is designed for. 1) It is the stock TM motor, designed for 270 fps that they run at. Realistically, the motor should be able to handle the new fps fine. 2) The motor height might be off a little. I forgot to adjust it for you Just turn the small allen screw on the bottom of the pistol grip until the sound is as smooth as possible. Too low and it will screech as the teeth dont mesh fully, and too high it will sound like it is straining because there is too much upward pressure on the gear. I think yours was decently adjusted. Anyways, long story short, a motor will get warm. If it starts getting hot, then there is an issue.

alright cool thanks ill try adjusting it and see what happens. 8) I just turned it down a little bit and it runs perfectly now ;D didnt know you could adjust the motor lol.
