That's very disappointing ... It means that trading oil for money, stealing money, making trades and deals for money meant nothing. Causing a ruckus and raising hell was great fun, but with no score, failing at objectives such as letting our oil executive die was meaningless. GWS knows what we did, but it's still nice to see how EXACTLY we did compared to the other teams. Was there no count on how much oil we collected? On the money we stole/acquired? An account on the missions we completed? Kazz should know which objectives we completed and there should be an account of what we got. Just frustrating...

To all Goldwater team mates" we did exactly what we were supposed to do & Everybody hates Goldwater". Sounds like we executed our objectives perfectly. So in my mind we are winners too. Besides I had a frickin blast stabbing, stealing, capturing and executing. hehe Toeknee

<< ;Dsmiles ;D>> I am excited to know that goldwater got screwed, and that alone is winning for me. I am super excited to also know that we have won. I know that my fellow N.A.D.I.A members did everything they could to win, and proved victorious. I know that the tan rocked us the first half of the day, but like I said on MIA, we just had to forget about the two farthest oil points and to only focus on the first three, knowing that the second half of the day was worth alot. I know that some may be disappointed, but either way everybody wins with a game like this. My full review from M.I.A. is here. (did someone change the code to always say "purgatory" when typing m.i.a. (but without the periods)? that's funny) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ok, First things first.
As far as the score goes, I have no opinion because I know when I'm beat. First half we were handled, but I knew that if we focused our attention on 3 of the 5 points that the other two would have to fight over the remaining two. I hoped it would give us the edge knowing that the second half was worth quite a bit. I don't know how the scoring goes, but I know that both teams fought hard, and hopefully had fun.
Now the important stuff.
Tino and the kzoo crew/staff. You guys are the best, putting together this awesome game was excellent. Everything went to plan, and was exceptional!! I would love to put something together with you guys in the future and make it even bigger!!
To the mods and role players. Everything went great and I loved the communication between mods and players. Arch Rival, you did an awesome job at our FOB all day and kept everything going. Also, I loved when you'd get on my guys for not being on my ass when I would randomly walk out of the fob like patton on the field. I like to be in the fight, and sometimes its hard for a protection team to keep up.
Civvies, I loved your interaction even though I only got to talk with you once! Civvie warlord, you had a great accent and made it feel real. Other than the fact that I didn't know that you were leading me up to my own capture by trying to have my forces go down to the village to help you out was great! Thanks for not eating me like goldwater told me you were going to. hehe
Goldwater. GO TO HELL!!!! But seriously, GO TO HELL!! I have nothing else to say
My feelings for you aside hehe, you did an excellent job on keeping me (and most likely pagan) on my/our toes. You had my head clusterF'd all day, and made my decisions to trust you all very hard. I LOVED IT!! I love the confusion of war, and it all added to the great game. As long as the confusion isn't coming from the moderators conveying the objectives (which were executed perfectly) then any other confusion is great.
In addition, thanks for being such good sports when I decided that I wouldn't take being captured easily. I know that I am a heavy mother at 250 lbs, but being dragged for about 100 yards and then another 100 being carried by four of you was great. Not only was it easier than walking, but made the experience real and great on film for future promo's. All for the cause!! I was totally going to pay you to walk into a trap by tan in the second half, but then we couldn't pay you anymore. Bummer......that was what I was planning diesel, oh well.
Tan Team. You guys were all great. Pagan, i'm suprised that it was only your second time being CO because from what I hear you did great. You guys kicked our ass in the first half, and I was convinced that we were done for. I would love to share the field with you someday at an event and we could be co/xo or vice versa. Although fighting with you would also be fun. I didn't really have the priviledge to meet the rest of you tan, but you all did a great job.
The sportsmanship was the best I've seen in years, and nobody was screaming "Call your hits". That was nice to "not" hear. "Everybody love everybody" - jackie moon
To my few Immortal Brethren. Casper, Roz, Bellor, Witek, Vulture, Bakker, Doom, the 3 new guys, and our newest Full member Viper. You all did splendid, and led the charge on most of my endeavors and accomplishing them as victories. Viper, you did a great job being my RCO and assistant. Doom, great job on medic even though you got it taken from you earlier in the day for some reason. The rest of you did a great job on doing what you do best.
Thanks to Crazy Cromag for the awesome gear selection and information that you possess. I will be sending my entire team your way to hook us up with new gear. Great meeting you too.
To the catering vendors, the dogs were great, and adding fritos and cheese them was just what I needed. Thanks again.
Finally, I want to say once again how great of a pleasure it was to play this event. I haven't been able to actually play since November, and this was a breath of fresh air to come back to!!
Tino, Bill, Mopedman(mortarman hehe), and the staff once again you did excellent. Thanks for reinstilling my vigor for airsoft.
All the best.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Thanks guys.

As a Civi at the event, I have to say that I had a blast! The sportsmanship of everyone there was amazing. I'm sure that I confused the crap out of at least a few people during the first half. -laughs- I still don't know who was shooting my goats!
Tan did amazing during the downed pilot scenario. They even played along that I might have more info than the laptop did, so they took me alive back to their camp. I gotta give props to the guy who finally got me. He was the first person to find me, but I had my own sidearm, so I got him first. Second time around, he had a buddy distract me so that he could go for a knife kill. I was so mad! Then, once they got me back to their camp, I MADE them go get the Sheik. Took about 10 minutes (or at least it seemed to...). That was awesome.
I didn't interact with Green much, so I'm not sure how they played. But from what I've heard and read, they did awesome as well.
Can't wait for another round of this!

Congratulations to both main teams. Civis and Goldwater did alright, i guess. =P I know that everyone that I rode down with were on MAD, so it makes me smile to see that we beat them, even if it was by 14.8 points. MAD, i want to thank you for the epic struggles we had.
Thanks to all the sponsors, staff, Airsoft of Kalamazoo, Fighting Tacos, and CrazyCromags for being great and just all around having the best event i have ever been to in all my 5 years of playing airsoft. I thought Eastern Fire was good, I was thoroughly impressed with this event.
