I also make MOSFETs using the 3034 chip. I charge $20 for the unit, and $10 for the install if the gearbox is already open because I install 16AWG teflon wire to replace the wiring harness. Hey Mav, this is the first I've heard about you making/installing MOSFETs. Are these fairly basic (pretty much just to keep your contacts from frying) or are there any other features they have (active braking, fire modes, voltage cutoffs/alarms, etc.)?

Yea these are basic FETs. Pretty much all of the big companies (AWS, ExtremeFire, HS5, ect) all discontinued their basic FET product lines and now deal with mainly the expensive computer controlled ones. I offer these as a basic protection MOSFET which remains low in price, but gives you the protection and performance increase of a MOSFET.
