I bought a CA M15A4 Carbine Sportline today at Young's here in Kalamazoo. When I got home I went to put the battery in it and there was no power connector on the gun side to plug the battery in. I then took the gun to Hobby-sports and had them put a large tamiya?? connector on the gun and battery. Now it doesn't fire. I charged the battery up and got it to roll over once but that is it. I'm not great at wiring and probably didn't get it right but would soldering the connection make it work?
Is there any problems i should watch out for with this gun aswell?

I would have just taken it back. Was it used or new? If it was new definitely take it back, it should have come with a connector and obviously new guns are supposed to work.

it was the last one they had, and the rest are being held in costoms, so it was that or noghting, but Kdogg is going to take a look at it tomorrow... and yes bulldog, it is the same one you bought

Youngs is really good about fixing their guns if they're broken. Definitely a good gun, though.

ITS ALIVE! Turns out I'm not that good at crimping wires and it was arcing on the barrel. KDOGG put new wires on it and shes up and shooting now.
Props to KDOGG for the simple fix and explaining the fact that since i tried to fix it myself with new wire ends there is no longer a warranty
DOUT!
