How much distance, in feet, does there have to be, to be able to fire at someone?

I beleive it is an arms length, or roughly 5 feet. I may be wrong though.

No. Opposite. They have to be farther than five feet away. If theyre closer than five feet you cant shoot them.

350 FPS and BELOW = arms length. If you cannot touch them, you can shoot them.
