In response to Killmaster, The Video Card on Newegg is actually rated very high. The front page of comments is just filled with all the noobs who don't know how to install software, and then get pissed at the customer service based in India.

Actually, the link I posted is to all the horrible reviews. To properly gauge if an item is good or not based on reviews, always read the bad ones. So I had it filtered to only 1 egg reviews and thats what that link goes to.
That card is amazing. All the reviews are about poor customer service. I have dealt with ASUS in the past and its not that bad.

Ok, ill tell you what you did wrong lol.
1) your motherboard doesn't match your cpu. The motherboard you posted is for intel 1155 socket cpu'. The cpu you linked is for amd cpu socket am3+. Your motherboard and cpu are incompatible.
2) the amd zambezi cpu's are nicknamed bulldozers. They have that name for a reason. They are powerful but slow. Matched up against a sandy bridge intel i7 quad, the zambezi gets destroyed.
3) good luck getting you little 450 watt power supply to effectively run that rig. At 450 watts you run a very serious risk of having you pc constantly shut down on you because not enough power is going into you system to keep it running.
4) nvidia gpu's are ok but ati is much easier and better equipped to overclock.
I also payed nothing for shipping as I'm an amazon prime member and I ordered everything through amazon.
Lastly, your tower you linked is only a mid tower. with a mid you have less space for heat to go thus cramming it all together In a small space making it harder for your fans to cool your system.

Yes. I'm not currently with my dad, and the exact computer-parts are in his cart. I tried to match them as well as I could by memory, but I guess I failed LOL. When I'm with him I will modify my post with all the actual parts.

My point is is that I didn't overpay as I got exactly what I wanted. I'm not building a budget bare minimum system. I wanted only the best in my pc without breaking the bank but also not sacrificing reliability, stability, and performance.
