Is Airsoft worth the money? I know this is based on personal preference but I just can't decide whether or not to get what I need and start playing. What do you guys think???

OF COURSE! Airsoft is 100% worth the money. Just buy a gun, some ammo, and a pair of goggles. Everything after that is just bought in bits and pieces when the money is available.

It's worth the money. I have met some great people and have some good friends that I play airsoft with. Meet the right people, and your time with airsoft will be well worth it.

Do I need something to protect the lower part of my face? What I mean is when I'm wearing goggles the lower part of my face is exposed.

No. It is not required, although some people like to use one.

Is it required if I'm a minor?

No. I am a minor myself.

I would recommend the lower half though. I have been shot in the face, and it isn't fun. An iron mesh mask would work perfectly with most goggle sets, and don't block your breathing.

If you are unsure about the cost, go to the Airhouse (when it re-opens) rent a gun ($15), goggles ($2) or facemask ($3), buy some BB's and play a game. Then you should have your answer!

Or don't wait until the Airhouse re-opens, and head over to Vicksburg Tactical, rent a gun, goggles or facemask, buy some BB's and play a game.

Buy a gun ($100), get some goggles ($15-$20), buy some bb's ($7-$15), have some fun (priceless). Everything after that is icing on the cake.

I questioned the same thing myself until I played my first game. I recommend renting first then deciding, but I'm sure your choice will be to invest.

Airsoft League? I don't know quite what you mean. You can just look around on the forums for scheduled games, show up with your gun, goggles and bb's, pay and play! It's not complicated by any means.
