The Beginning~
July 2, 2000: Mexican president Vicente Fox proposes a 20 to 30 year time line for the creation of a common North American market.
December 2001: U.S. Homeland Security Secretary Tom Ridge and Canadian Deputy Prime Minister John Manley sign the “Smart Border Declaration.” It called for a “30-point action plan to enhance the security of our shared border, while facilitating the legitimate flow of people and goods.”
January 16, 2003: The Canadian Council of Chief Executives launches the North American Security and Prosperity Initiative (NASPI) to propose a comprehensive North American strategy integrating economic and security issues.
November 1, 2004: The Independent Task Force on the Future of North America is formed. The task force is a trilateral effort charged with developing a “roadmap” to promote “North American security and advance the well-being of citizens of all three countries.” The task force is sponsored by the Council on Foreign Relations.
May 17, 2005: The Independent Task Force on the Future of North America (CFR) releases its report “Creating a North American Community – Chairman’s Report.” The 59-page document outlines a five-year plan for the “establishment by 2010 of a North American economic and security community” with a common “outer security perimeter” to achieve “the free flow of people within North America.”
March 31, 2006: President Bush, Vicente Fox and new Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper meet in Cancun, Mexico to (according to the official news release) celebrate the first anniversary of the Security and Prosperity Partnership. At the same time Bush demands that Congress pass an immigration bill with a guest worker permit program.
September 12, 2006: In Banff Alberta, Canada, a group of present and past elected officials from all three countries meet with corporate, military, academic, financial, industrial, and think tank members in a “North American Forum.” U.S. participants include former Secretary of State George Shultz, Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld, and Robert Pastor, to name a few.
February 14, 2008: U.S. Air Force Gen. Gene Renuart, commander of North American Aerospace Defense Command and U.S. Northern Command, and Canadian Air Force Lt.-Gen. Marc Dumais, commander of Canada Command, have signed a Civil Assistance Plan that allows the military from one nation to support the armed forces of the other nation during a civil emergency.“This document is a unique, bilateral military plan to align our respective national military plans to respond quickly to the other nation's requests for military support of civil authorities.”
March 13, 2008: A secret closed door meeting of The United States House Of Representatives in Washington was held. In the history of The United States this is only the fourth time a secret meeting was held by the house. Even though Representatives are sworn to secrecy by House Rules XVII, some of the members were so shocked, horrified, furious, and concerned about the future of America by what was revealed to them inside the secret meeting, that they have started to leak this secret information to independent news agencies around the world. The mass media said almost nothing about the secret meeting of the House, mentioning only one of the items being discussed (the new surveillance techniques that are going to be used by the U.S. Government to watch all American citizens).
January 20, 2009: Barack Obama is inaugurated as the new president of the United States of America. When asked about the North American Union Obama had this to say “It was based partly on the fact that there's this highway being built in Texas that will facilitate more transportation and travel between Mexico and the intercontinental United States, on up to Canada…there's no evidence that that's taking place.
March 16, 2009: Known Mexican drug Cartels have joined forces to battle against the North American union. The Gulf, Sinaloa and the Tijuana have reformed to create the Federation. With the Cartels, who have battled over the past hundred years, joining forces this will prove deadly for anyone who steps in their path.
December 17, 2009: Two hundred Mexican Navy marines stormed an upscale apartment complex and killed a reputed drug cartel chief in a two-hour gun battle, one of the biggest victories yet in President Felipe Calderon's drug war. Arturo Beltran Leyva, the "boss of bosses," and six members of his cartel died in the shootout Wednesday in Cuernavaca, just south of Mexico City, according to a navy statement Thursday. The body of one cartel member was found on the ground outside the third-floor apartment, after he apparently committed suicide during the shootout. Cartel gunmen hurled grenades that killed one marine and wounded two others, one of whom is in serious condition, the navy said. Two women and one man were detained during the raid, and five assault weapons were seized.
January 16, 2010: The GOP has assumed control of both houses of Congress—having been voted in by a public deeply suspicious of Democrats after former President of the United States, now the NAU Leader, Barack Obama conducted clandestine talks with President Felipe Calderon of Mexico and Prime Minister Stephen Harper of Canada. But two days before the new conservative majority is to be sworn in, Obama announces that this Congress will not be seated, that the United States will be replaced by a North American Union, that the US Constitution will be dissolved, and that private ownership of firearms will be outlawed (as part of a United Nations treaty banning firearms globally). In response, millions have risen up, and the Revolution has begun.
The REVOLUTION begins!!!
(All events up to this date are based on real events. Events from here on out are fictional)
January 20, 2010: Riots have broken out all over North America. In the former United States Los Angeles, Chicago, Detroit and Dallas are among the worst. In former Mexico Juarez, Guadalajara and Tijuana are amongst the worst. The North American Army has been called in to restore order.
January 31, 2010: Having not being able to restore order in any of the rioting cities the North American Army are going to extremes and taking American citizens as prisoner. There have been 2,031 reported prisoners captured during the past ten days. They are being detained in unknown locations.
February 3, 2010: The Tactical Enforcement American Militants (T.E.A.M.) is approaching military compounds across the former United States. With a team of 5,000 elite soldiers they intend to release the captured citizens that have been wrongfully detained.
February 11, 2010: With an evacuation of 85% of the detained citizens, T.E.A.M. have withdrawn from the military compounds and are regrouping in an unknown location.
February 21, 2010: North American Union leader Barack Obama has declared a “State of Emergency.” All territories within the NAU are being attempted to be controlled. Military forces are struggling to contain the Cartel(s) within the Mexican territories as well as the American Extremists (T.E.A.M.). The Cartel(s) continue to maintain their threshold within the Mexican territories. NAU military are having difficulties controlling the Cartels to the point where they are calling in the Special Forces.
March 17, 2010: With conflicts between The North American and Military escelating Obama has intiated an all out war on T.E.A.M. Stopping at nothing to eliminate the opposition.
March 26th, 2010: Successfully detaining T.E.A.M. High General, the North American Military are continuuing sweeps of possible locations where high in command T.E.A.M. are supposed to be.
April 11, 2010: Conflicts between the two forces have escalated to the point of total distruction of certain cities in the Midwest. It is said that T.E.A.M. are now stationing on the outskirts of a small city in Indiana.
April 20, 2010: T.E.A.M. have apparently plotted to strike the NAU base located in LaPorte, IN. It is said that T.E.A.M. has biological weapons capable of large scale destruction. NAU forces have caught wind of their plan and will stop at nothing to eliminate the problem.
